My Place at North Hill

 

My Place North Hill Mobile Home Park is located in Yale, Michigan. Built in the 1970s, the community consists of 42 mobile home sites and a large stick-built farm house, which is currently used as the community office and the manager’s residence.

 

The City of Yale supports a healthy commercial district, maintains its own water and sewer system, and is the base for Yale Public School District with campuses in Yale, Avoca, and Emmett. Every year, over the last full weekend in July, thousands of visitors enjoy the food, fun, and activities available at the community-sponsored Bologna Festival hosted by the City of Yale and the Yale Area Chamber of Commerce. The closest grocery store is Vinckier Foods. Nearby restaurants include A & W Restaurants Inc, Sunrise Convenience Store, Yale Marathon, and McDonald’s.
